Get beyond the prickle and explore the mini-beasts found in nettles

Stinging or Jinny nettles, love them or hate them, they are fantastic for our wildlife. Come and find out what wildlife loves to chomp on and live in them.

Bring along some thick gardening gloves and help to pick some leaves and we will cook up some nettle soup to try (Suitable for vegetarians).

 

Booking is essential for this event due to limited space for parking. Book via dawn@manxwt.org.uk or phone 844432.

Where: The Community Farm, Douglas, please park in the car park

Cost: free, donations gratefully received.
